香港口琴協會代表團赴德國參加2013年世界口琴節，戴譽歸來，共取得六冠三亞四季佳績，為眾多參與地區之首。協會口琴樂團更獲邀在馬丁路德教堂演出，演奏香港作曲家原創作品及中外民謠，獲全塲滿座觀眾起立鼓掌。這次「菁英薈萃」音樂會將會由得獎者及其他成員擔綱演出。
